Lily Rose took SUCH good care of me. I don’t particularly wear jewelry so it felt super intimidating for me, but they took the time to walk me through everything and made sure I understood. I needed a new chain for a necklace and they helped me with that and then they resized, cleaned, & repaired the prongs of my engagement ring. It looks and fits beautifully now. Thank you so much!!
